PARENT TEACHER MEETING
Parent teacher meeting for class - I was held on 27/6/2015 at 9:30 a.m. Principal Shri. V Jayabal welcomed the parents, teachers and the students. Principal, in his key note address, explained about KVS. He gave elaborate instructions on do's and don'ts. he also threw light on rules and regulation of the school. he assured the parents that the students are being given maximum importance and it is the duty of all the staff to ensure the safety and security of the students.
Later Head mistress Mrs. P S Nagalakshmi threw insight on the topic "Readiness Programme"which is conducted for 6 weeks. She also elaborated on CCE for class I & II, cycle test. She explained about different activities conducted. She stressed on importance of LSRW. In a nutshell she said that it is essential that the children be socially, emotionally, physically and intellectually ready for the teaching learning process. She requested the parents cooperation in developing good healthy eating habits and neat toiled habits. She strongly advocated the importance of overall development of personality of the child. She also said that developing the confidence and communicative skills of the child is very important. She replied to the queries of the parents regarding teacher students ratio, subject allotment to teachers, timetable, toilet facilities, infrastructure available at school, accessibility of teachers to parents etc.
Class I teachers displayed the done 'readiness' activities by the students.
Mrs. K Jaya proposed the vote of thanks.
